Our Work

Tufts Health Plan

Redesigned health plan website changes how insurers educate visitors and sets new industry standard through user research, intuitive architecture, and design.

What we did

Tufts Health Plan Medicare Preferred wanted to change the way insurer websites educate their visitors on the Medicare system by offering an intuitive user experience that helps site users easily find answers to their questions, select a plan, and find a medical professional.

To create a new site that successfully fills the existing information gap, the redesign project included user research, creative design, and Drupal development.

  • User Research – Evaluate various health insurance plan websites with potential customers to determine where the information gaps are and how best to meet user needs.
  • Website Redesign – Create new visual design that overlays on an improved information architecture which provides visitors with an easy-to-follow navigation.
  • Drupal Integration – Build new website using the Drupal content management system platform.
