Harvard Undergraduate Admission sought to diversify its applicant pool by increasing inquiries from low-income families and under-represented states. Using IP-targeting and social media advertising, we reached Harvard's desired audience with a campaign aimed at overcoming misperceptions of the typical Harvard student. On the admissions website, we leveraged real-time personalization to increase engagement with diversity content.
