What we did
With four schools serving a wide range of students including undergraduate and graduate programs and multiple campus locations, The College of New Rochelle’s heavily undergraduate-focused website did not accurately reflect their entire community. In addition, the four schools felt disengaged from one another.
In developing a new digital strategy for the school, we conducted research to better understand the unique needs of their site visitors and created a new information architecture and visual design in a responsive website.
- User Research – Interview stakeholders and users in addition to conducting a competitor analysis to determine the best messaging for the site.
- Website Redesign – Create responsive institutional and individual school to more effectively target prospective students, communicate the campus experience, and deliver specific information to site visitors.
- Content Strategy – Enhance and support recruitment efforts by focusing on search engine optimization and content optimization, showcasing vibrant photography, and improving clarity of messaging across site.
