Boston Society for Architects Launches New Association Site

Boston Society for Architects (BSA) launched the completely revamped architects.org website this evening. The site was developed by Design&Co and OHO Interactive. The site is built upon Acquia Drupal and includes integration with the association management tool produced by ACGI.

Brandeis Launches a University News Website & Alumni Magazine Website

The Actors Fund Selects Drupal over Plone ...

The Actors Fund – a human services organization in New York and LA serving the entertainment industry – has engaged OHO Interactive to migrate their existing website from Plone CMS to Acquia Drupal. The site will also integrate with the Blackbaud suite of products including Raiser's Edge, Patron's Edge, and Patron's Edge online.

UK Consumer Finance Firm Selects OHO for Social Media Campaign

MEM Consumer Finance has selected OHO Interactive to create a Facebook strategy and launch a social media campaign to reach out to their 20-35 year-old target audience in the United Kingdom.

Based on audience demographics, OHO is developing a campaign that will gather friends, publish content, and provide a new channel for MEM to engage their customers. The campaign will be promoted through MEM's existing marketing channels. The campaign will be launched by early 2010. OHO will drive the campaign, provide on-going and evolving strategy, and metrics.

World Wildlife Fund Project Highlighted in "Nature"

Our project with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) to develop a mapping application for use in developing countries was highlighted by the science journal Nature.

The site will allow users to create spatial data and records for development projects. The site will have a strong community component that will allow users to collaborate and refine the data. The site will be built using Acquia Drupal and the Google Maps API 3. It is expected to launch in late spring 2010.

MoodandAnxiety.org Appears on Channel 5 News

The MADI Resource Center's website www.moodandanxiety.org was highlighted in by a Health Alert by WCVB Channel 5 News. The segment features the videos produced by OHO for the MADI Resouce Center at Massachusetts General Hospital. The videos help illustrate each stage of the mental health journey including: awareness, diagnosis, finding help, and support and recovery. The videos include patient testimonials and interviews with experts from the Department of Psychiatry.

Massachusetts General Hospital’s Mood and Anxiety Disorders Institute (MADI) provides public education about serious mental health conditions.  As part of a web site restructuring, MADI selected OHO to design and produce a series of web videos to educate users about the mental health journey.

iPhones Start to Gain Critical Mass on Web Sites

A review of our clients’ site traffic for January 2009 reveals an average of about 0.5% of visitors are using an iPhone to browse sites.  Consumer focused sites – such as museums – are seeing the biggest iPhone usage with rates starting to pass 2%.   With record numbers of iPhones being sold, these numbers are sure to increase.  Other newcomers including Google’s Chrome browser and Sony Playstations are showing up on usage reports.

Causemedia and OHO Build Site for Youth Addiction Recovery

causemedia and OHO partnered to research, plan and build the new website www.addictionanswers.com. Developed to serve teens and young adults, Addiction Answers, is led by the Massachusetts General Hospital's Addiction Recovery Management Service (ARMS). The new web site provides a series of multimedia tools to help guide people on addiction treatment and recovery. This site serves a broad audience of parents, schools, counselors, and young adults facing addiction challenges.
