OHO has developed a number of virtual maps and interactive tour experiences using our clients’ data. OHO has created virtual tours, interactive campus maps, interactive news maps, analytic maps - delivering exceptional experiences that are highly accessible. (Flash or Ajax).
This project allows users to sort through spaces that have been developed for the promotion of the arts based on over 30 facets. These properties can then be viewed as a list of items or plotted on a Google map. This represents a full integration of Drupal faceted search with Google maps. For the WWF implementation, we would expect to expose the facets or some “filters” on the map to hide and show attributes (See Visit Loudoun example below).
For this travel and tourism site, we plotted destinations and attractions on a Google map. To help people plan a trip, we included filters that add additional destinations by category (e.g., golf, dining, accommodations). These items are color-coded by category.
This map pulls locations from an internal data source and also uses custom polygon overlays to identify different buildings.
This Google maps integration plots 50-75 addresses of home groups/small groups (managed by the CMS) along with data pulled from the MBTA showing locations of subway stops. The map allows users to filter the results to show only locations within walking distance of the subway.
The map plots members of the social networking community to allow for members to meet up offline. This site is built completely in Drupal and driven by user contributed content.
Map launching in early October. URL may move.
Lesley offers course across the US. OHO developed a Google Maps integration to plot all of the active programs by city and allowed users to click through view programs. This data is being pulled from an internal course database. This interface dramatically improved the browsing and searching experience for prospective students.
