Sales Representative (Inside)

The Inside Sales Representative is an essential and valued member of the business development team. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and jointly selling interactive services within and assigned territory.

The successful candidate will work to achieve quarterly sales quotas, generate and qualify leads and sales opportunities, make outbound calls to targeted customers, respond to inbound inquiries, provide quarterly sales projections, lead status, and targets on a weekly basis, keep thorough records of customer interactions, and represent OHO at trade shows and industry events.

The successful candidate will have the following Skills, Abilities and/or Qualifications:

  • 2-5 + years experience in business to business sales
  • Strong phone skills
  • Computer knowledge
  • Track record of achieving superior results
  • Ability to work long hours and handle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work well as an individual, as well as a team player
  • Ability/desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up/high growth environment
  • Strong initiative and a desire to be an overachiever
  • Experience in interactive services, ad agencies, and recruiting agencies
