Edwin Hastings, Managing Director and President

Ed Hastings has 20 years of experience with services and internet companies in research, business development, service development and delivery, technology development and marketing.

He has founded and been part of the leadership team at several consulting and system integration companies including Granitar Incorporated and Onward Technologies. As a founder of Granitar he lead the strategy and growth both as CEO and Chairman. Granitar grew to over $20 million in revenue serving the financial services and publishing industries with internet based systems. As Vice President of Consulting at Onward Technologies he lead the rapid growth of the organization and evolution to offer a complete set of marketing and technology services for using the internet. Onward is now part of Computer Sciences Corporation.

Ed has served as an advisor and director to startups in the Boston area. He has a degree in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Jason Smith, Managing Director and Chief Creative Officer

Combine a decade of design experience with seven years in television advertising, toss in an English degree, and you begin to understand the varied background and unique visual communication approach that Jason Smith has to offer OHO's clients.

Jason has a gift for talking clients through their projects. He can not only help them figure out exactly what they want but also give them good info about how to get it. In addition to knowing his way around a color wheel, Jason has the experience to offer clients high level branding, marketing, and creative vision.

A magna cum laude graduate from Brown University, Jason also received formal graphic design and photography training at the Rhode Island School of Design.

Dan Persson, Client Service Manager, Interactive

As the face and voice of our web development team, Dan is spearheading all web projects. Since joining OHO, Dan has brought his experience with web application development and user interface design to the success of our client projects. He facilitates client communication, mentors team members, conducts business analysis, technical design and implementation, and works closely with clients to monitor the status and direction of their projects and ensure on-time delivery.

Wendy Dabcovich, Client Service Manager, Creative

Wendy brings over 15 years of design and advertising experience with her work for Mullen, Buyer Advertising and the Boston Globe. A Boston native, she's been a part of our design team for the past two years and joined OHO full-time in 2006 as an Art Director. Over the past year she has naturally emerged as a creative leader capturing our client's vision and offering creative direction for clients. Her commitment to outstanding service and ability to ensure the success of every project is impeccable.

Heath Arensen, Client Service Manager, Marketing

Since joining OHO, Heath has been working in a multidisciplinary operations role improving our internal systems and strategizing about how to best accomplish our business goals. Now we're turning him loose to work with clients to identify and select marketing and technology solutions to meet their business objectives. Heath holds an MBA from Loyola Graduate School of Business, and counts positions in graphic design, business strategy, and customer service in his work background. We lured Heath away from his job managing disaster relief in Sudan (it was harder than you'd think). We figured if he could coordinate the logistics of large-scale food delivery in a war zone, he would do pretty well here overseeing website feature request and ticket work. We're turning out to be right.

Tony Wieczorek, Technical Operations Manager

Tony is OHO's hosting expert and technical guru. He brings with him the perfect combination of technical know-how and business acumen necessary to run our first-class hosting environment. Tony has a rich experience in Free Software and GNU/Linux, having previously worked for the Free Software Foundation. He holds a B.S. degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
