Senior Web Application Developer - Flex / Software Engineer
Senior developers leads the technical design and implementation of web based software application and systems. You'll work hand-in-hand with designers, consultants, and project managers to build innovative systems. This is a hands on software development position that also includes opportunities for system design, architecture, and technical team leadership.

The successful senior candidate will have the following skills, abilities and/or qualifications:
- Ability to provide the technical lead on client facing projects
- Hunger to learn and apply new technologies
- Devotion to quality execution
- Experience with software engineering best practices
When applying, please be prepared to demonstrate your experience with a wide range of web technologies including:
- Flex, Action Script, and MXML development
- 3+ years of experience with the different Adobe Flex versions and having expertise with the Adobe Flex 3.0
- N-tier web architectures, web services, and MVC techniques
- Frameworks like Struts, JSF, Cairngorm, Pure MVC , Spring and Hibernate
- Programming languages like Java or C
- Databases including MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
- Web technology standards including XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML
- A computer science degree is preferred
