Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is an essential and valued member of the sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and jointly selling interactive services within an assigned territory.

The successful candidate will work to achieve quarterly sales quotas, generate and qualify leads and sales opportunities, make outbound calls to targeted customers, respond to inbound inquiries, provide quarterly sales projections, lead status, and targets on a weekly basis, keep thorough records of customer interactions, and represent OHO at trade shows and industry events.

The successful candidate will have the following Skills, Abilities and/or Qualifications:

  • minimum 5+ years experience in services based business to business solutions sales
  • Experience in IT services, consulting, professional services, interactive services, or ad-agencies preferred
  • Track record of achieving superior results
  • Ability to work well as an individual, as well as a team player
  • Strong initiative and a desire to be an overachiever
